SARAH MCINTYRE - Illustrator
I absolutely loved meeting Sarah McIntyre, she dresses amazing and isn't afraid to stand out from the crowd.
Sarah is an illustrator and has been working with Phillip Reeve on her latest book. Sarah was asked to draw in the big draw challenge and she drew her famous sea monkeys and lots of others.
After the challenge, I got a chance to speak with her, she said she had her own blog too and if you chose to see it you'll know the outfit she wore was not just for that occasion! I've seen it, its really well planned out and executed as well.
Sarah was very confident in the Big Draw Challenge at the Festival, she knows how to draw dinosaurs from her previous book Dinosaur Police, but you can see her own version she drew in the pics below. I have been busy buying up her illustrated books to look at and I will do a review on each in the next few weeks. Now SATS are over I have a lot more time to read and draw again!!!!
I've recently been reading a book of Philip Reeve's but its illustrated by Sarah McIntyre. The book is called Pugs Of The Frozen North and I love pugs! The story is sooooo cute and so are the little pugs! Its a great read and I'll write a review once I've finished it. Pugs are awesome, I really like pugs. Did I mention in this blog that I like pugs, because I really do like pugs, just saying.
