REVIEW: Awful Autie by David Walliams.
This is another fantastic book from the NUMBER ONE best-selling author David Walliams! I really loved this story, it had a great and clever plot. I suspected some parts of the plot, however some aspects kept me guessing.
The Awful Auntie character certainly was awful and Wagner the owl was me favourite because he was very intelligent. The best bit in the story was the end, BUT, I cant tell you anymore, otherwise I will spoil it! (The end scene was written particularly well, in my opinion.) This book was a real page-turner, there was a cliff-hanger at the end of each chapter, which always kept me interested.
A good part was when a boy called Soot spoke in his Cockney accent. I would recommend this book to younger and older readers who like the mystery genre and especially fans of David Walliams the author.
I would rate this book 10/10!
